Lip augmentation:
Botox or other neuromodulator for lip flip
Lip filler
Lip implant (silicone)
Fat grafting (injection vs. strip of fat with dermis attached)
Lip lift (surgery)

Any implant (silicone; filler) has a higher risk of infection than utilizing your own tissue but overall the risk of infections is exceedingly small if proper sterile technique is employed.

Facial asymmetries

The pictures are a bit out of focus and it is hard to assess. You have a beautiful face and don’t need to do much if anything. Facial asymmetries are completely normal. On the smile photo, your left eye appears smaller than the right and a small amount of Botox can actually help address that. Your right eyebrow appears to be lower than the left one as well. A consideration could also be a rhinoplasty, though, to create more facial harmony and a more refined nose from frontal and profile view…
