It is quite normal to have a significant amount of swelling after lip implants. Of course, everyone is different. Steroids are not a good idea as they may predispose you to infection. Ice is very helpful for the first one to two days to help decrease the swelling down the road. Symmetry is defined as having equal dimensions about a centerpoint. Narrowing the tip and affecting nostril size wouldn't necessarily do that. It's a little bit hard to tell from the picture exactly what you want and without an in-person examination. I believe that your nose certainly could be slimmed to match your face from the frontal view. It's very hard to tell on the rather small profile view about what can be done. I would wait at least 4 months before reevaluating and considering any surgical option. Much of how you turn out depends on where you started. If your right breast was a little lower than your left then that could be the primary source of the issue. It depends on your original volume as well. What I see is that one side of the alar base of the nose is a little lower than the other. This does not require a formal rhinoplasty. The other base can be tucked in on the one side and freed from the lip and then the lip can be advanced to make up the difference. This is actually an office procedure that can be done under local anesthesia. I wish you the best.
