Hi: If lack of lubrication is due to post menopause only, ThermiVa should help immediately after treatment. Sensitivity should improve too along with tissue fragility.
As for pain with bowel movement, it seems you have anal fissure. Best to see your gynecologist or physician who understand the issue and prescribe for you nitroglycerin. Apply to area before each bowel movement to relax the anal sphincter muscles so it will decrease pain and prevent further trauma...

Both Alcon Bimataprost and Latisse use same active ingredient bimataprost. If you notice black contamination in the bottle, you should discard the product. As for lash breakage it is unlikely due to the active ingredient so more likely due to other ingredients.
