This will likely resolve. With liposuction, swelling can be uneven and create this kind of discrepancy. Also at about 4 weeks, internal healing can produce lumps that you can feel. These usually resolve. The skin of the inner thighs is thin, so it is common in this area to have these things occur. I find that the use of external readiofrequency devices such as Venus really helps the common swelling an lumpiness in early inner thigh liposuction cases.

You should look for a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who performs BBL and lipo frequently. I would go to the ASPS website as a start.

You can start looking now. There is no harm in starting early particularly if you have a date in mind. Most surgeons book about 6 weeks out. You would just want to make sure you see the doctor closer to the date of your surgery if you decide early.

I think liposuction would help you. You may need to have a revision of the tummy tuck. Best to get an opinion in person by a board certified plastic surgeon.

Although plastic surgery is an international specialty, I would not recommend surgery in Mexico or other foreign countries. If you are from that country and you want to have surgery there, I would only recommend the most qualified individuals, those that are members of our societies or part of academic institutions. BE very careful, surgery in Mexico can be incredibly dangerous. I have not heard of any success stories.

Bruising can occur after any type of liposuction. It can become more noticeable several days after the procedure. Bruising after liposuction is common and will likely resolve without any problems.

I would say that placement of two threads each cheek area as well a sone just beneath each jawline would produce the best results. It all depends on how much liposuction is bedding done. If you are having a small volume of liposuction in a targeted area like the knees and inner thighs, then this can be done under tumescent or local anesthesia alone. If the volumes are larger then anesthesia with IV fluid replacement may be a good idea. It just depends on your size. I would say that it could be possible to have th procedure under local only if you are not too large.

You could probably do Coolsculpting as you have some excess fat but it will not address the excess skin. You could potentially have a non-invasive skin tightening procedure like Venus , but the results are not long lasting. Thermi may also be an option. Surgically, a mini tummy tuck with some liposuction would give good correction

It is possible that you could have no bruising after the procedure. Generally there is some numbness that occurs in the immediate post procedure period but this varies. CoolSculpting by Zeltiq is the only FDA approved cryolipolysis procedure. If you had a knock-off procedure your results will likely not be equivalent.
