Though it’s difficult to tell in photographs, it appears that you may have a combination of acne scarring along with cysts. Often times cysts can fill up and express fluid or remain dormant with time. It is best to get evaluated by a board-certified dermatologist who can better assess you and provide you with treatment options.

Though it’s difficult to tell with photos without an in person evaluation, it may more likely be acne as it appears to leave some pitted scarring and can perhaps see some blackheads which is more in line with acne. A combination approach works best including topicals along with oral treatment and lifestyle modification. Gentle formulas with orals may be your best option. See a board certified dermatologist and remain patient with medical care as it may take several weeks fkr improvement
I developed a rash on my back after using Rogaine. Should I quit using Rogaine entirely?

Rogaine is FDA approved to improve hair thinning. However the side effects of Rogaine can be increased hair growth in undesired places as well as irritation on the scalp and skin with topical application. It’s important to ensure that Rogaine solution is not dripping along your back which could be contributing to the irritation. You can discontinue the use of Rogaine to see if the rash resolves. if it doesn’t, get evaluated  by a board certified dermatologist.

I do not know if European Health Plans cover Isotretinoin treatment.  Not everyone with acne needs Isotretinoin.  You should schedule an appointment with a Board Certified Dermatologist and have an in-person evaluation to determine your best treatment options

This may be due to post inflammatory skin changes and may fade in time.  There may be other options to consider since your acute acne is resolved now.  You might schedule an appointment with your Dermatologist to discuss options including laser, chemical peels and microdermabrasion.  Be sure to protect your skin with sunscreen and oil free moisturizers and be seen by a Board Certified Dermatologist
Can I have a tattoo and get my nose pierced a month before Accutane?

There should not be a problem if you do the tattoo and piercing a month before starting Isotretinoin as long as you are completely healed.  You should not consider any treatment during or for several months post taking Isotretinoin.Might be best to ask your Board Certified Dermatologist.

It’s not clear how your Isotretinoin was taken and if you completed a therapeutic course.  You should be evaluated in-person by your Board Certified Dermatologist to see if you can be managed with a topical or oral medication regimen.

It is a positive sign you are responding so well to Isotretinoin.  You need to complete full course to decrease risk of recurrence.

Follow the instructions of your Board Certified Dermatologist to improve your treatment success and do not adjust your dosage unless advised to minimize potential serious side effects.  Good Luck!

Acne scars are challenging to treat.  You may be an ideal candidate for an ablative laser to reduce pitting of the skin due to acne.  You but will require some downtime.  You should schedule a consultation with a Board Certified Dermatologist to see what the best option if for you.

It would be best for you to have an in-person evaluation by your Dermatologist to determine best option moving forward but keep in mind not every office offers PRP. Be sure to be seen by a Board Certified Dermatologist.
