As with any cosmetic procedure, realistic expectations should be the first and foremost consideration. We all love the idea of improving ourselves, but if your expectations simply can't be achieved, it leads to disappointment and frustration. In your case, the chin area looks great as it is. Yes, if you move your chin and 'crumple' the area, you will see some excess areas that look like fat, but there really isn't any amount of fat there.
In situations like this, I would just work on...

There are many treatments for cellulite but the challenge is to find one that results in long term removal and good results without huge time commitments. Cellfina is the first thing I have found that does that. We offer it and are very picky about what cases we will take (and hopefully your physician will be too!) but with the right candidates it is a great treatment! Good luck!

Tattoos are very complex and the removal of them is every bit as complex as the tattoo itself. That is because each color that is placed in the tattoo is like a puzzle to be recreated without knowing what it originally was. Because of this, doing overlays only makes things more complex and there is no guaranty that it will be possible to unravel it. Tattoos are difficult if there is significant amounts of ink and this one seems to have quite a bit. While removal is definitely possible, there will likely be some tattoo left whatever the case. And it will require multiple sessions that are challenging and costly. Having said that, there is no reason not to try, but it won't be perfect. Best wishes!

Your face is very good but there may be some minor areas that can be corrected.

You are blessed with great facial structure but there are some areas on the chin that can likely be improved with fillers. I would use a few hyaluronic acid fillers for the outer cheek areas and chin but really you are great! Good luck!

There is always some increased size on the lips if trying to decrease smoker's lines. In your case you have great lips as they are and it may look a little pouty if you do more. Be careful and make sure you are going to an expert for this as it is what separates the good from the not so good. Good luck!

I love the concept of Botox for masseters but in your case it is a very bad idea to consider it 25 days before your wedding. The same goes (especially) for Kybella. I would wait and enjoy your wedding day with the same face that your fiancee fell in love with!

Kybella is a good alternative to liposuction while CoolSculpting is good in certain situations as well. You would be best to see a dermatologist to see if these are options for you and they can feel the area and see if your anatomy is better for one or the other. Good luck!

If you have had lasers the question isn't whether you can go in the ocean as much as in the sun or not. Lasers are very different from procedure to procedure and some need careful and strict after care. It is best to ask your doctor what they think as they will know.

While it is unlikely you have massaged the Juvederm away, I never recommend that any significant massage be done around the time of injections as it can lead to asymmetry. Good luck and in a few weeks it will be more apparent if you need adjustments.

Non-invasive treatments are great if you are close to goal weight, but in your case you are probably best served via tumescent liposuction and/or abdominoplasty. Without these, there is a significant chance you won't be satisfied. Good luck!

Unit pricing for Botox would seem to be the best way to calculate costs. The problem with this is that units can vary as Botox is a crystalline powder when it comes from the manufacturer. Beware of 'cheap' Botox as it is usually watered down. Good luck!

This indentation is something that comes from too many frowning motions. After a period of time it needs to have both filler and Botox to get back to where it was. I generally use Restylane for this area but it is a tricky area so you need to make sure that you are with someone who knows what they are doing. Good luck!

Liquid Botox is a benefit to the doctors as it is easier for them to get it ready for injection. That doesn't mean it isn't a bonus for patients, however, as it will be more consistent if the doctors don't add or dilute it. Best wishes!
