This is a great question because there is no single answer! We have a variety of treatments we use to tackle this common problem: injectables such as BOTOX and dermal fillers, microneedling with or without Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), non-ablative fractional laser treatments, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, to name a few.

Hello,

It sounds like you got an excellet result after your face lift. Fillers are designed to add volume to tissue that is lost in the aging process. As a result they smoothe creases and wrinkles and improve skin texture. Although theoretically possible, I have not seen a filler “stretch” the skin. Adding a filler after a facelift is commonly done, and I think this is definitely and option you should discuss with your surgeon.
