Unfortunately bruising is not uncommon followings Juviderm injection. Usually it takes 7-10 days for bruising to go away. Makeup concealer can be used to cover discoloration temporarily. Use of micro cannulas greatly reduced the risk of blood vessels damage and bruising.

CT shows quite extensive swelling of the nasal membranes and inferior turbinates. The nasal septal cartilage appeared to be in good position. You may need additional procedure to reduce the volume of the inferior turbinates. Again without the proper direct examination it is difficult to determine the exact nature of your nasal airway obstruction.
