I would try a little botox to treat the hypertrophy of the muscle under your eye along with filler placed on the bone to add volume to the tear trough area

It is safe to have Botox even with a thyroid condition. There is no interaction with the thyroid gland as the botox is injected into the muscle which is superficial to the thyroid
Can Botox in the forehead and glabella effect the nose shape or cause heavy feeling in tip of nose?

Yes, this can happen. You may have gotten a little to much botox in your forehead which can result in a drooping of the brow. I would tell your doc and try using a lower dose in the forehead
