Many patients would interchange these 2 completely different conditions and the treatment is different. Not knowing your age or medical history, the first thing I would recommend is that you get evaluated to make sure you don't have any medical condition (e.g. Grave's Disease) that is causing proptosis which is just another word for "big, prominent, protruding eyes". Assuming all that is normal, then you should be evaluated by an oculoplastic surgeon as the procedures you would need in order to correct the position of your lower eyelids is a bit more complex....

Thank you for posting your concerns. Unlikely that the actual surgical procedure has any effects with postoperative headaches. That being said, some patients can see Haddix or even exacerbation of the migraines postop related to the anesthetics. Although less common with lower lid surgery than with upper eyelid surgery, dry eyes could cause headaches. I do not feel this should be a recent not to go ahead with your surgery. A physical exam is important when dealing with ptosis to determine potential causes, and treatment option as they will vary based on the function of the levator muscle, which is the muscle that lifts up the eyelid. Swelling would always be worse in the mornings as you lay flat on your bed and it will improve as the day goes on and you are standing up. This problem might be adding to your tired look. The position of your lower lid can be altered laterally with a procedure known as a canthopexy/plasty. I would suggest you look for a plastic surgeon with oculoplastic training as advanced knowledge and training in eyelid surgery is needed to correct both problems. Good luck!

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have photos to give you an accurate answer. In general Cellfina is not a treatment for contour abnormalities after liposuction. Indents associated with liposuction are related to uneven thickness of the subcutaneous layer rather than from bands pulling on the skin. There are other techniques of liposuction such as the S.A.F.E. Lipo technique as described by Dr. Wall that may help with contouring irregularities after liposuction.

Too early for any final conclusions. Final healing after labiaplasty is usually around 6 weeks postop. Swelling and redness along the scars could be normal in the early stages.
