Hi and thanks for your question. It’s tough to tell if you still have hollowing under your eyes. Properly done Restylane injections to the tear trough can last up to 6 years. The under eye area seems to hold on to filler for much longer than other areas of the face. I would suggest a visit to an experienced injector of the area around the eye for a consultation.
