Hello vanity1888, the under eye area, or tear trough, is prone to swelling. Part of what you are experiencing may be due to swelling - which is to be expected with under eye filler. We always advise our patients to allow the filler up to 2 weeks to settle. Periodic icing can help reduce the swelling.
