Tru sculpt 3D uses Monopolar radiofrequency to cause fat cell death which is permanent, in addition it also tightens the skin at the same time. In most cases only 1 treatment is required, which is very comfortable for the patient.
Coolsculpting requires multiple treatments , is painful and requires massage afterwards and can sometimes leave painful nodules.
If the temperature remained between 43-44.5 for trusculpt 3D for the whole session (under chin) then

Trusculpt 3D for submental fat can be done anywhere between 43.5 and 44 degrees. Anything above that temperature is hard to tolerate for most patients. most patient benefit from 1-2 treatments depending on the amount of fat.

Trusculpt 3d procedure very rarely causes pain . If it does happen it should go away in 2 weeks. Typically it is a comfortable procedure but individual variations can happen .

Nd yag laser is safe for asian skin. It is always a good practice to do a test spot if you are worried about hyperpigmentation issues. Cutera Xeo is a Ndyag as an example.
Why has my smile completely changed after botox?

Hi!
Botox in lower lip can certainly make you smile differently. The effect is short lasting , you should get used to your new but different smile. Are you able to chew and swallow properly? Are you have problems speaking or change in voice, or drooling. I like to be a bit conservative with Botox and add slowly after seeing patients response in lower face.

Skin is hanging down lower over eyelid 5 days post Botox. Will this get worse?

Hi!
If Botox is injected too low on the forehead it can make your eyelids feel heavy. This happens because the muscle injected in the forehead is the Frontalis, which is the only elevator on the forehead. if you got injected for brow lift the muscle injected is the depressor and cannot really cause a drop. That being said Botox effect is temporary and will only last 3-4 months.
