If it has been a month or more and lumps are still present. You could get it dissolved again. Try Belotero which will give a subtle result and blends easily without migration, so it is more forgiving and softer. It may not last as long as some of the other hyaluronic acid fillers, but you can see if you like having your lips filled as a novice and add more later.

Pigment concerns are probably the #1 concern I treat in my office. In my opinion laser resurfacing is not the best way to treat dark spots or uneven skin tone but does a great job for improved texture such as making scars smoother and large pores smaller. For pigment I suggest IPL for which you are a good candidate, skin care including brighteners topically or chemical peels and microneedling with PRP.

If the filler is hyaluronic acid such as Restylane family, Juvederm or Belotero it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase injections. Once done to your satisfaction you can consider PRP or PRF injections with microneedling for collagen stimulation for skin tightening or more intense skin tightening with radiofrequency devices of which there are many.

Yes, Radiesse diluted and injected into this area has been shown in the medical literature to stimulate collagen production and smooth thighs. I have seen good results in my office. You are probably extremely fit and at 30 it should be less of a challenge to stimulate collagen in you. You may be even still producing collagen naturally, so youth is on your side.

Lip lines are best treated with more than one modality. Relaxing the muscles with a Botox-type product is a good place to start. A hyaluronic acid filler like Belotero injected very superficially can fill the depressions and give a smoother look. For collagen stimulation I recommend microneedling with or without PRP and radiofrequency. Smooth PDO threads are another option. Fortunately, there are many ways to approach this concern that yield very satisfactory results.

The two devices are from the same company and you can't go wrong with either. You should get a good treatment from either. Follow post treatment instructions and return at the recommended time following a good home care regimen. Sun protection is a must. Fraxel is another resurfacing procedure that gives good results in the right hands but may have more downtime. You are an attractive woman with well defined features. I see nothing on your face i need of filling.
