Short of surgery ( which you definitely be a candidate for especially a lower lid blepharoplasty) fine lines can be improved by retin A, graduated skin peels and minimally invasive lasers. Fillers will help in the nasolabial fold to give the illusion of a lift.

Almost looks as if the picture on the left (!) is the post injection result. If that's case then you look well. If not then you need to revisit your provider and perhaps have some additional touch up treatments or perhaps dissolve some in unwanted areas.

Sorry to hear your issue. Hyaluronidase fillers (such as restylane, juvederm, etc) can be dissolved but may require several attempts depending on the amount of the filler used. Their longevity is usually 6-9 months so ultimately they will disappear naturally as well. You should regain your previous look and then be sure to see a qualified and  board certified MD provider.

Indeed you do have a minor indentation that should be addressed. You should discuss alternatives with your surgeon but temporarily a filler such as restylane would help. Your nose takes at least a year to heal completely so I would not t recommend doing anything permanent or irreversible now. But after that time if the dent is still there then you could consider a more permanent filler such as silikon which should strictly be administered by a very experienced provider. Of course, a ...

What you have is some mild malar (cheek) edema (swelling). There are many possible causes, among them fluid retention (cut down salt intake), sinus allergies, elevated blood pressure, thyroid malfunction etc. So you need to address some of these. But careful and very minimal restylane injection may eliminate the visual effect. See a qualified practitioner.
