I have under eye skin bunching. Advice?

Thanks for your question, You’re young, the wrinkles under your eyes appear in the photo to be caused by the muscle underneath the skin causing the wrinkling. If this bothers you, then botox or similar product can be used very carefully in that area to relax the muscle and smooth the area. Hope this helps and God Bless!Dr. Robb Jr.

Thanks for your question, From a glance, it appears that these wrinkles are caused by the muscle. This would mean that Botox or dysport could be used there very sparingly to decrease the movement of the muscle and thus decrease the wrinkles. Hope this helps and God Bless!Dr. Robb Jr.
