Neuromodulators, like Botox or Dysport, would be great for dynamic lines, including the horizontal ones across the forehead and the vertical ones between the eyebrows. I also agree with neuromodulator injections (Botox or Dysport). Neuromodulators prevent the forehead muscles from contracting, which form the wrinkles during muscle contraction. Neuromodulators are widely used, safe and effective. Good luck.

For the scar, you may have hyaluronic acid dermal filler injected into the scar to elevate the depression of the scar. As for the two horizontal lines of the forehead, you may try neuromodulator injections (Botox or Dysport). Neuromodulator injections to the forehead muscles prevent them from contracting, which form the lines during muscle contraction. Both types of injections are widely used, safe and effective. The upper and lower lip appear disproportioned. Typically, the top lip is 1/3 and the bottom lip is 2/3 of the overall lips. In the photos, the bottom lip looks too volumized. I would dissolve some of the filler in the lower lip and go from there. Good luck.

Normally, I suggest dermal filler to the tear trough first. Based on the photos here, I suggest lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition on both sides with the possibility of removing some of the fat on the left as well.

There is no air travel restriction at any time after dermal filler or neuromodulator injection. For a day after the injection, I ask my patients to avoid blood thinner, alcohol, exercise, sleeping on their tummy and rubbing the injection site.

You are correct that, given your young age, the appearance of your lower eyelids has a lot to do with genetics. I see depression in the tear trough. This can improve with dermal filler injection. Alternatively, you can consider fat transposition. I also see thickness of the tarsal area (that is the area immediate under the lashes). This is most likely due hypertrophy of the pretarsal orbicularis muscle. Dermal filler does not help this....

I agree with dermal filler to augment and volumize the lips. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are safe and effective. Either the Juvederm or Restylane family will give a natural enhancement.

You are correct in that there is a familial component in some patients with hollowing in the tear trough area like yourself. This hollowing can usually be improved with dermal filler injection to replace the volume deficit. In your case, the hollowness is more superior than typical. Some fillers may be more likely to cause Tyndall effect than others due to the size of particles suspended in the gel. I do not expect swelling to occur acutely four weeks after the injection. I urge you to see your injector. Concerning things to rule include infection and delayed hypersensitivity to the product. Both can be treated relatively simply if diagnosed expediently.
