Your photos are limited but based on what you have provided, I believe an HA filler like Restylane may help. The forehead is a vascular part of the face. There are risk of intravascular injection when treating the forehead. I would only see a highly experienced injector for forehead filler. Slow, low pressure injection technique with the needle or preferably cannula constantly moving can help reduce but not eliminate risk of intravascular injection.

You do not need to stop the Tri-Luma cream prior to Botox treatment. There should be no interaction between the two products.
Can your smile be permanently affected after one session of botox? 3 months post, 20 units injected.

You smile will return to its normal pretreatment state as soon as the Botox has worn off. In certain patients, the treatment results will last longer, possibly 3-6 months. Just give the treatment some more time to wear off and your normal smile will return.

As for the undereye wrinkles, these can be worsened by the lateral Botox injections but this can be corrected by injecting a tiny about of Botox or Dysport underneath the eye.

Both are good lip fillers as long as the treatment is performed by an experienced injector. I work with the Restylane family of products in my clinic and so I use a lot of Restylane Kysse. It’s hard to tell based on these photos alone if your masseters are enlarged. I recommend a in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician. If the masseters are enlarged, commonly seen in patients who grind or clench their teeth, then you may benefit from Botox/Dysport treatment to relax the masseters and reduce muscle bulk.

I’m not sure why you think your face is not “feminine” but I think your face shape is beautiful. Sometimes we are our own worst critics. That being said, I think you could consider some tweaks but would enhance your aesthetic. I would look into cheek, lip and laugh line filler as well a Botox or Dysport treatment to soften frown line and give the eyebrows more of an arch. The Halo laser is a more aggressive treatment then Clear + Brilliant. I offer Clear + Brilliant in my office and like it as a gentle minimal downtime laser treatment that helps maintain youthful looking skin. It is not a corrective laser but more of a preventative laser, except in the case of melasma. For melasma, Clear + Brilliant Permea is a great treatment option. I would finish your Halo treatments then use Clear + Brilliant to maintain your results along with good at home skincare.

You have a minor smile asymmetry which I think is within normal limits. Personally, I would not try to correct it. However, if it really bothers you, expert placement of a small amount of filler may help with the lip asymmetry.
