A small amount of filler placed by an experienced injector will provide some support to the lower corner of mouth. Botox or Dysport injection into the DAO muscle may help but I usually recommend starting with the filler first.

It’s hard to tell based on these photos alone if your masseters are enlarged. I recommend a in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician. If the masseters are enlarged, commonly seen in patients who grind or clench their teeth, then you may benefit from Botox/Dysport treatment to relax the masseters and reduce muscle bulk.

I’m not sure why you think your face is not “feminine” but I think your face shape is beautiful. Sometimes we are our own worst critics. That being said, I think you could consider some tweaks but would enhance your aesthetic. I would look into cheek, lip and laugh line filler as well a Botox or Dysport treatment to soften frown line and give the eyebrows more of an arch. I hope this helps.
