Olga Zilberstein

It is safe to get Botox for MS patients. I have a few patients in my practice with MS, who gets cosmetic Botox for years.
What’s the best non surgical option for jowls?
Non-surgical options for the jowls
Oct 7, 2022
There are a few options we’d recommend. If you have thin skin we would recommend first, injecting hyper-dilute radiesse to stimulate collagen and improve the tone and texture of the skin. It can be combined with RF micro-needling to tighten the skin. However, if you have thicker skin you can also lift the jowls with a PDO/PCL thread lift.
I want to slim my face! Preferably minimal or no surgery. Suggestions?
Non-surgically slimming the face
Oct 7, 2022
Adding lateral cheek filler will visually slim the face. We can also define the jawline with filler as well. We do see minor asymmetries that can also be addressed with fillers. Your right side masseter muscle is more prominent compared to your left. Do you possibly have TMJ pain or grinding? Muscle prominence can be reduced with botox and this will slim your face as well.
Can fillers improve my lower face sagging?
Are you a candidate for fillers?
Oct 7, 2022
Yes, fillers are a good option for you. Defining the chin and camouflaging the jowl and marionette lines will improve the sagginess. We can add filler to the mid-cheek and lateral cheek as well as nasolabial folds and this will all contribute to a non-surgical lift with fillers. For the submental area, we can use hyper-dilute Radiesse to stimulate collagen and improve the tone and texture of the skin. This can be combined with RF micro-needling for better results.
How long does an non surgical facelift last and do I need to keep getting it done?
How long does an non surgical facelift last and do I need to keep getting it done?
Sep 16, 2022
It all depends on what treatment was done and factors like your metabolism. A thread lift lasts around 1-2 years, depending on which threads and how many threads were used. Fillers last up to 1-2 years, depending on the type of filler. High-intensity exercise and a lot of sun exposure could shorten the longevity of your results. Your results are not permanent. Aging, loss of collagen, and gravity contribute to losing your results as well. Maintaining your treatments is recommended to keep…
Non surgical facelift options?
Your non-surgical face lift options!
Sep 16, 2022
It’s good to start with Radio-Frequency micro-needling to tighten and improve the tone and texture of the skin. After that, a thread lift combined with dermal fillers can improve the overall appearance of your neck and jowls. We can inject fillers above the lip to smooth out the wrinkles and botox to stop the movement.
How can I make my wide nose smaller?
Making your wide nose smaller.
Sep 16, 2022
It depends on the problem. If you have a wide nasal bridge it can be lifted with PDO threads. This will make your nose appear more narrow and lifted. If you have a nasal flare, the muscle that causes the flare can be relaxed by injecting botox. However, if you have a wide nasal bone, the correction can be done only surgically.
Is liquid rhinoplasty safe after having rhinoplasty?
Is liquid rhinoplasty safe after having rhinoplasty?
Sep 16, 2022
When you had a surgical nose job performed, this increases the risk of vascular occlusion if you inject dermal fillers into the nose. If the treatment is performed with PDO threads, there is no risk of vascular occlusion or skin necrosis.
How to fix my drooping nose when i smile?
Botox for Droopy Nose
Sep 13, 2022
You can inject botox into the depressor septi muscle and this will relax the muscle and stop your nose from drooping down when you smile. This takes 10 minutes and lasts up to 2 months.
Could I get a defined nose with a Nonsurgical Nose Job?
Building A Nose Bridge!
Sep 13, 2022
You can get a defined nose bridge and raise the tip with filler injections. However, you can achieve this result with nose threads as well. I prefer to do this with nose threads due to there being less chance of complications.
Which is less risky – nose filler or nose threads?
Which is less risky – nose filler or nose threads?
Sep 13, 2022
Nose threads are less risky compared to nose fillers. Nose fillers are done in an area that is highly vascular and the most common area for vascular occlusion complications. This can cause skin necrosis and even blindness. It’s important to choose your injector wisely when deciding to do a non-surgical nose job.
Can this nostril size be reduced with Botox or filler?
Botox for Nose Flare!
Sep 13, 2022
Botox can be injected into the nasalis muscle that causes the nose flare. This will cause the muscle to relax and reduce the flaring.
Can antibiotics affect freshly done lip injections?
Antibiotics and lip filler
Aug 19, 2022
Antibiotics do not affect freshly done lip injections. They do not break down lip filler. It is okay for you to take antibiotics.
Is it safe and possible to inject filler into the wet area of the lips?
It’s not recommended to inject into the wet area of the lips.
Aug 19, 2022
It is not recommended to inject into the wet area. This is because it’s more dangerous. It is closer to the labial artery; cosmetically, it’s not necessary to inject that area. It can result in the lips appearing lumpy.
What is the best nonsurgical treatment to tighten my chin and jowls?
What is the best nonsurgical treatment to tighten my chin and jowls?
Jun 6, 2022
In order to treat this, you can do Radio-Frequency (RF) Micro-needling, and hyper-dilute Radiesse for collagen boost and tightening. These two treatments can be combined for optimal results. You can also do a thread lift.
