You can try a form of resurfacing (like CO2 Laser or Microneedling) to restore the collagen and fill in those lines. I try and avoid Filler in that area as it is a high risk area for vascular occlusion.

Yes, you can have Botox injected into just your frown lines. Your frown line muscles (the glabellar complex) work in opposition to the forehead muscle (the frontalis), which is likely why they injected both areas initially. With that being said, just let your doctor know what happened and that you only want your frown lines injected.
