Thank you for sharing your experience! It looks like the improvement is substantial from all the treatments you have undergone.

Regarding your question, one of the best treatments on the market for acne scars is Radiofrequency + Microneedling. We like to perform subcision before the treatment and finish the treatment with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). We have found that a series of 3-6 of these treatments does a great job of smoothing out acne scars with very minimal pain or downtime.

Thank you for your question. Based upon the photo's you presented, there is hollowness that can be filled with a very light filler. We have a very special technique we use that just makes that hollow look more flush with the cheek. This is a very quick and easy procedure and the results are immediate.

There is a treatment called Cosmelan that can help with both the Melasma and Acne, however, with a history of acne going back since you were nine, you will most likely need something stronger to clear that up. We like Photo Dynamic Therapy and Aviclear to clear up acne.

Thank you for your question and the associated picture. Thermage can help tighten loose skin postpartum, however it would not flatten the area. Emsculpt Neo can also be used to help firm up the muscles and help lose some fat in the area as well. It seems like a combination of these two treatments may be best in your case.

Thank you for your question. Based upon the pictures it seems like Botox above the lip to help with your gummy smile would be a great option. Botox can also be used in the masseter muscles to help slim the jaw which can soften the face. Consult your local Board Certified Dermatologist for how to proceed.

Melasma and PIH Treatment - what is the best laser treatment for these?

Thank you for your question. Pico laser can work really well on both Melasma and PIH and is very safe. We also sometimes recommend light chemical peels that are effective at sluffing off superficial PIH. I would use hydroquinone for no longer than 3 months and consult a local Board Certified Dermatologist for best next steps.

Thank you for your question. We have a lot of patients with that concern and their are a couple of ways to improve this. Filler can be used in the cheek and the jaw to lift the face up and back. Thermage can tighten the skin and Emface can lift the face. We like all of these options and of course the best would be do a combination of both.

Thank you for your question. I think a lot of people are curious about this as well. You already have beautiful and full lips. Using a thin filler like Restylane Silk, or Volbella can enhance your cupids bow and fill in the side that isn't as full when you smile. Make sure go to an expert injector as this is a very technical procedure.

27 years old- Is 120 units of Jeuveau in forehead and brows too much for first time?

Thank you for your question. With regards to Botox vs. Jeuveau units, their ratio's are equivalent. For someone that doesn't have wrinkles and that is new to Botox or Jeuveau, we normally recommend 40-50 units for females and 50-70 units for males. We have them come back for a 2 week follow-up to see how they did and if they need more. You can always add more so we like to see how the effected area reacts first.

Yes, based upon your photo's lip filler will enhance your lips making your face more proportional. There are a lot of lip fillers on the market that would be a great fit for you. Juvederm and Kysse are just a few that will give you a very natural enhancement that I think you would be pleased with. You will need to make sure to go to an expert injector and have realistic expectations of the final outcome.

Thank you for your question. Both Viviscal and Nutrafol are successful at treating hair thinning and we have carried both of these products in our office. Nutrafol, however, is more effective at not only provided the body with the nutrients needed but also addresses other issues that play a roll in hair loss like stress and hormones. I have a terribly weak chin and deep crease in chin. How do I fix it?

Thank you for your question. Based upon the pictures you provided, chin filler would be a great option. There are a couple of fillers that work really well in the chin area. Restylane Defyne, Voluma, and Radiesse all work really well and will give your face the proportions needed to make it more balanced. The crease can also be filled with a filler to soften the look. You will most likely need between 2 - 5 syringes, however, I would highly suggest consulting with a Board Certified...
