Ochronosis is associated with prolonged use of hydroquinone (generally greater than 3 months). Unfortunately, once you get, it can be quite difficult to treat especially with darker skin types (Fitzpatrick 4-6). You can try to various lasers but the safest and most effective would be pico-wave laser. Another option would be microneedling.

In general, wine can increase the risk of bleeding/bruising. Other than bruising, the wine should not interfere with the Botox. However, most people who enjoy daily glass of wine should not have any problem including bruising.

Hello,
Yes there is masseter reduction surgery which is a little easier than bone shaving. However, the procedure is still pretty intensive procedure. This is also done in many Asian countries especially in Korea. I would just continue getting the botulinum injections. Like with the other injections for wrinkles, it gets better with subsequent injections. In addition to the Botox, there are other benefits with Dysport and Xeomin such a wider spread.

Yes, there are several options to help lift eyebrows. It can be done with botulinum toxin (Botox or Dysport). Xeomin can be used as well but there is a higher risk of worsening the condition. As a general, as long as the sex is at least four hours apart it should be okay. The time between injections and strenuous exercise can dependent on the provider and the brand of botulinum toxin used. Some practice states 4 hours apart while other wants 24 hours.
