A physical exam would be the best way to understand if there were any changes due to your muscle spasm. Also, without knowing the exact procedure completed by your plastic surgeon it would be hard to predict any changes due to muscle spasm. I recommend contacting your plastic surgeon to be seen again for a physical exam.

Your breast will continue to make changes past 1 month. In your follow up appointments I recommend good photo documentation to understand your breast changes. At this time continue your recommendations from your plastic surgeon.

It is hard to say for sure if your breast will return to their pre-implant shape. Since you say you have good elasticity, you may have a good chance. However, only time will tell. If a secondary procedure is needed, that can always be done a few weeks after the implants are removed.

In regard to the capsule, if the capsule is firm and painful we recommend removing the entire capsule. If the capsule is soft, we can sometimes preserve the capsule and use the capsule to our advantage.
Removing the capsule at the same time is best to lower your concerns.

We recommend someone stay with you for the first night. You can always have a 24 hour nurse stay with you or you can stay one night in the hospital.

The answer truly depends on how well your skin and soft tissue retract after surgery. The good news is that you can always remove your breast implants and see how the breast settles. If you are happy nothing further is needed, however if you are unhappy you can always have a lift as a secondary procedure.
