I would not suggest this two-tiered treatment. You should always wait 3-4 months after Coolsculpting to see your results before adding another treatment on top of it. One will not negate the other, it will add to it. In other words, both will lead to fat loss but how much? No one knows. From now on, be safe and separate your treatments.

Your pictures show iron staining after the bruising which is deep inside the skin. CO2 resurfacing only works superficially and will not help this problem. I would wait at least one year for this to resolve and if you have any residual staining, you could look into 532 laser treatments to help.

After full face, full ablative CO2 laser resurfacing, you typically see the peeling occur in 3-5 days. It will take another 5-8 days for the skin to be grown and enough to where will be safe for the patient to go out and possibly use makeup as well.

Permanent makeup always fades over time. In order to reduce the amount of fading keep direct sunlight off of the area by using sun screen, wearing sun glasses and wearing a wide brimmed hat. Cosmetic products also can fade permanent makeup. Try to avoid using products that contain acids like Vitamin C or glycolic. Retin A will also cause permanent makeup to fade.

The parenthesis or nasal labial folds around your mouth are genetic and can be caused by the movement of the muscles in your face as well as from fat loss in the cheek areas. Laser lipo can cause a lot of irritation resulting in swelling and induration which is a localisation of white blood cells, engorged vessels and localized swelling. This can persist for many months. After one year if you still have some irregularities, the areas might need a slight touch up.

I always recommend that the area to be treated with a hair removal laser must first be cleaned to remove any makeup or dirt. The type of laser used for hair removal is attracted to pigment. The laser can not tell the difference between makeup and the pigment in the hair. It is attracted to both. I can see the line where the liner was drawn.
