The founder of the Workman Center for Plastic Surgery in Vancouver, Washington, he specializes in breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tucks. Shelbert, it's not unusual for one side to have more swelling and discomfort after abdominoplasty. keep in mind you won't see the final results for up to a year. I would recommend decreasing activity, wearing a compression garment, and following up with your surgeon.
