Hi, I was in Szeged in February of this year. From what i can see the chin is retruded. This can be addressed with a nice chin augmentation and a closed rhinoplasty to gently smooth out the top of the nose (the dorsum) and also fill that little "dip" or small saddle just above the tip. Depending on how your teeth are you would either be a candidate or a chin implant or an actual genioplasty which would move the chin forward and down. The genioplasty would be an option...

Well, i have first hand knowledge about this. Back in the 1980s I had a little "skateboarding injury" acting like Tony Hawk and put a nice hole through my lower lip. From what I can tell there is minor/little issue with the lip. There may be a little asymmetry but that can be corrected with some beautiful filler. I do not appreciate any scarring from the picture. IF there is some then some nice resurfacing should help it .

Hi, these do NOT look like keloids. This is based on the location and on the picture. The picture is not that great though. These looks like acne-type lesions, that are very inflamed. IF they are scars, they appear to be "hypertrophic" scars not really full blown keloids. Physical examination is of course needed to really determine what they are and how to treat.

Hi, i just saw this question. Your question is actually a good one. It is extremely normal for people to want to change perhaps things that are not ideal on their nose face or body. The most critical component of all this is that when we talk about rhinoplasty we talk about improving things or enhancing or optimizing. Those are broad terms on purpose because specific things like fixing, making, creating are not really the best terms because it sounds like you're fixing granite...

Hi, that operation is not that difficult for the most part....however...without seeing your nose or anything else it is impossible to give a very accurate answer. The operation can be done from an endonasal approach and should not require "opening" the nose....the lateral crura can be delivered endonasally and grafts placed etc...the other part of the answer is who determined that you need the removal and the strut grafts? You need to make sure those maneuvers are appropriate for you...

Hi, your question is a good one. It looks like you narrowed the nasal bones on photo #2. This can be done by freeing up and maneuvering your nasal bones to the better position. It requires an operation and can be done with the closed approach.

HI your question is a good one.. Essentially, the FIRST thing your doctor needs to do is verify that the area in your sinonasal cavity is from chronic sinusitis and NOT due to anything more involved. The fact that it is only on the right side indicates that he/she needs to really see that area and make sure it not something growing. Anything like that is extremely rare however. Hi, thank you for your question. From what I can tell you have some alar retraction. This is due to a combination of things but from what I can tell your facial bones are asymmetric. The area by the nasal ala on the LEFT probably has less bony support compared to the right. The left nostril is slightly elevated and retracted. We use an endonasal approach and augment the deficiency with a "sub-alar" graft.

We cannot create or "order up" a nose like we can for kitchens, baths etc....that being said there are options to help optimize and refine the nose.
