I would recommend a tummy tuck to help with sagging skin. If you have abdominal muscle separation, a tummy tuck can also repair that. For the breasts, implants would help with increasing their size. You may also want to consider a breast lift if you can hold a pencil under your breasts.
How long after getting a tummy tuck do the drainage come out?
Drains are in for 10-14 days. You can return to work in as little as a week.

Drains typically come out 10-14 days post-op. Depending on your occupation, light-duty work is acceptable usually a week or so after surgery. Just be sure there is no lifting, tugging or pulling anything over 10 pounds. Most patients stop taking pain meds 5-7 days after surgery. All restrictions are released at 6 weeks post-op.

There are different styles of tummy tucks depending on the skin laxity present.

Most women who have had twins typically have laxity in the muscle or diastasis recti that can remain, even after proper diet and exercise. The answer to this question depends on your goals at the end of your recovery. In the photos you presented there is excess fat (lipodystrophy) of the abdomen and hips that can be sculpted with liposuction of the abdomen, hips and back (lipo 360). The diastasis recti is fixed during the tummy tuck or abdominoplasty. This is fixed by tightening (aka plicating) the rectus muscles back together. This is the “internal” part of a tummy tuck that allows for a flatter midsection. After the muscle is tightened the skin is tightened as well. Hello. Thanks for the question.  Scars can be pink and/or purple for the first year after surgery, but you have redness. It appears that the area is irritated and inflamed. It is a good idea to see your surgeon and/or a dermatologist for potential steroid, creams, or medication to calm the redness down and speed up your recovery. It is best to avoid the sun or exposure for 1 year. The sutures can take up to 6 months to dissolve, but massage can help. Hope this helps. Good luck :)

Thank you for your question! I have found that our office has great results with microneedling. This procedure helps to stimulate collagen while creating a control wound to help the rebuild of past acne scarring. We also recommend using a growth factor while having this procedure done. Thank you for your questions! I recommend the spectra laser Hollywood peel with carbon and heat setting for all of my oily patients that struggle with large pores. The first pass we do is with heat over the carbon that helps to open the pores. Aggressive liposuction to your back and hips, with a transfer to your buttocks could create a sculpted shape. Thanks for your question. Banding can benefit a patient when implant position is high but banding is not always necessary. Postoperative massages may be something recommended by your surgeon at one of your follow up appointments. Thank you for your question. This is a question I hear everyday in our office. Chemical peels, MicroNeedling and Lasers can help with fine lines and wrinkles. My favorite modality for under the eyes specifically is MicroNeedling because you can get within 2mm of the lower eyelid. Peels and Lasers have to stay around the orbital rim.

Thank you for your question and picture. It is very common to have a histamine reaction with PicoGenesis. This should subside within 24-48 hours. You can take a Benedryl to lessen the effects as well as pre-treating before your next appointment to help the reaction as well.
