Thank you for your question.Based on your photographs, a neck lift is the best option to provide long lasting, aesthetic results. You don’t appear to have much fat, so I do not believe liposuction would provide much benefit. With proper technique, a neck lift can provide a rejuvenated, natural appearance. The scars are also minimal and are hidden very nicely. In terms of risk, a neck lift is low risk compared to other facial procedures, and downtime is also only a few days to several days….

The best thing to do while healing is follow your surgeon’s post-operative protocol carefully; close follow-up with your surgeon is key to success. With tummy tucks, the scar position, wrinkling, and bunching change immensely. A good time frame is 3-6 months to wait to see how everything heals. There is some pleating and bunching in your photographs, but lots of this will go away once swelling and hip flexion decreases. Continue close follow-up with your surgeon. Worst case scenario is a quick in-office procedure to remove any dog ears. Best of luck …

Once the swelling resolves, you will then see the end result. At that point, you do have the option of making the lower lip bigger or reducing the upper lip, based on what you see. Thank you for your question.Botox close to the eyes is risky, because you are at higher risk for drooping of the brow, and if the botox gets into your levator, you may not be able to lift your upper eyelid. In general, liposuction to the medial and lateral thighs is an excellent area for this type of procedure. Liposuction can help with “saddle bags” on the lateral thighs. Also, the skin and tissue of the medial thighs is quite amenable to liposuction, and retracts nicely. The quality of you skin, stretch marks, do make a difference in the end result. This swelling can take about 3-6 months to resolve, and then the final result will be seen. Give yourself some time.
