Thank you for the question. From your photo, it looks like you have enough volume or you are overly corrected with the filler in the cheeks area. Your temple is nice and does not need volume. I suggest thread lift for the midface to soften the nasolabial lines and shift some of the volume back. Which will give your cheeks more natural look! . Good luck.
