It would be extremely unusual to have a nipple to crease ratio of 0.5cm. That is way too small. A part of your procedure would require releasing the crease so that you can increase the length from nipple to crease. If you have a tubular breast, a part of the procedure is to release the tubular breast tissue with a procedure called "radial scoring." That is part of the augmentation and done at the same time. Liposuction is a great tool for breast reduction revisions. However, it really depends on what you need removed. Some surgeons will do liposuction as the first procedure for breast reduction, but not many. Most do liposuction as a part of the breast reduction procedure (for the sides), and some do it later as a revision. It is hard to give you a good answer without actual pictures. Good luck.

There is actually no formula that we use to determine this. It is based on the patient's size, height, frame, weight, and on the surgeon's experience. We can guess how much we will be removing, but that is truly a guess. We can never really tell until we are in the operating room. This is a difficult problem. As most of the responses have stated, you should definitely decrease the size of the implants at the next (hopefully last) operation. The left inframammary fold should be raised and any capsular contracture that you can feel should be fixed (especially on the right). Good luck.

Your photo shows a lot of swelling in the entire abdominal area, not just at the ends of the incision. It is very common to have a lot of swelling after a tummy tuck, but I would recommend making sure that there is not a build up of fluid (seroma) under the skin.
To answer the question specifically about the "dog ears," it is hard to say, but the swelling there does not appear significant and seems within the norm for a tummy tuck. Good luck in your healing.

This certainly varies by individual. In general, discomfort, pain, and swelling, will persist for 6-8 weeks. During this time period, it is quite common for libido to be reduced. This is quite common and is usually due to milk production from the gland coming through the ducts and out the nipple. It does not usually indicate an infection. Clear or milky discharge can last for a few days to a couple of weeks. If there are worrisome signs, such as redness, fever, odor, or discharge from the wound, make sure that you see your surgeon. It is possible for you to notice wrinkles in areas that were not present after Botox due to the interactions of the muscles of facial expression. It is usually quite treatable, and a little more Botox can be injected into the "new" areas. Go back to your doctor for some more advice. Good luck.

Thanks so much for posting your photo since it gives us a lot of information. I agree with the other physicians. You should NOT just get liposuction. It will not do anything for the diastasis or the loose skin. In order to do the diastasis repair, it will require reopening your C-section incision, at the least. Your best procedure is one of two options:
1. Open the c-section incision. Do a diastasis repair. Then, do a mini-abdominoplasty
2. Do a full abdominoplasty with diastasis repair and...

I'm afraid that you have not given us any information to give you a meaningful answer. If you have sagging breasts, you are a candidate for a breast lift. How large of an augmentation depends on how big you are, how big your breasts are, what your measurements are, what your individual desires are, and lastly, what is a realistic procedure for you. Rest assured that there is no data indicating that smoking will cause bleeding or bruising which could complicate your Juvederm procedure to the lips. HOWEVER, smoking has a whole host of other problems that can significantly complicate your health. Brast asymmetry is actually very very common. So, common that breast SYMMETRY is rare. Almost all patients will have asymmetrical breasts. Breast augmentation will make this unevenness more apparent. It is very important to discuss this with all patients preoperatively. Yes, it is possible to fix asymmetric breasts and it involves incisions around the nipple. In general, most patients will end up with more scars, but there are methods to help nipple position.

Yes, minor irregularities of the nostrils can be corrected with Restylane. It is a good way to correct minor irregularities without surgery. It is also a good way to "Test-drive" what you could look like after a surgical procedure, which would be a permanent fix. Good luck.
