I don’t understand how you can’t reach your surgeon.  If you went to a board certified plastic surgeon (as you should have for this procedure) they will give you ways to contact them. Try again to reach them directly.

With any surgery there is the possibility of bruising.  With facial surgery, especially nose surgery this is very likely.  You should plan for up to 2 weeks where you will not be bothered to be seen with bruising.

Find a plastic surgeon in your area to have an in person consultation with about your issues. This is not normal after this treatment but we do see it too often from under-trained, non-core practitioners who offer cosmetic medical procedures.  For anyone else reading this, make sure the physician you select for your cosmetic procedures is adequately trained and board certified in the right specialty.

You should follow the postoperative instructions given to you by your surgeon.  If you do not have them or have questions, call their office and be sure to follow the protocols they have established for your surgery.  If you are not happy with the answers they give, seek a second opinion in person with a local specialist.

If you have a postoperative concern, you should bring the issue up to your surgeon.  IF they have not responded to email, call the office.  They have a better ability to evaluate your issues and make sure there are no acute problems than asking online sites like this one.
