The short answer: no.

The first issue is removing the crown to do anything to it. Crowns don’t just “come off”, they must be cut off. To change any color would be so problematic, that making a new one is really the only option.

There is NO way to know without taking 3D xrays and a medical history to know if you are a candidate for implants. Quite often patients have thought implants were not an option only to learn they ARE. Yet at the same time, others have assumed they can do implants “eventually” and wait too long….

So the BEST advice is go pay for an exam and records (be CERTAIN it is a 3D xray, called CBCT) and the dentist can tell you what it would take for dental implants. Any dentist that quotes a fee…

Your dentist is right, they CAN’T be placed temporarily. While some contouring could be done, any replacement might not yield a significant difference. In MY office, if someone approved them as they were tried in, even if I planned to replace them I would have you wait 6 months. Often, it just takes time to love your new smile.

The only way to move teeth (make them straight) is braces or invisalign (or similar aligner method). The only other way to have teeth that APPEAR straight would be porcelain veneers, which can be done very quickly (usually 2 visits, a couple weeks apart).

Some composite materials simply change color over time, some are more color stable. The photo does not appear to be a stain, but rather a filling that has changed color (assuming it matched when it was first placed). The only solution is replacing the filling.

The best way to understand where Botox is injected is to look at a text of the muscles of the face. The reason no injection in the middle of the forehead is done is because no muscle is there, just connective tissues. If you are still experiencing movement, then the dose per location may be insufficient or the Botox was diluted too much (or both). Another visit for some fine tuning might be a good idea.

Unfortunately, the only way to do this is in the dental chair. An experienced cosmetic dentist will have tools and materials to polish that porcelain veneer lustre back to its high shine, using brushes and diamond polishing pastes. To do this step well requires a step by step series of brushes and pastes, and the result can last a VERY long time

The short answer is yes, you CAN fix this with porcelain veneers/crowns. I would consider orthodontics first, as the amount of tooth reduction needed might be aggressive or require root canal therapy, where simply waiting a month or two for minor alignment might be better. Without moving the teeth, the resulting veneers will look HUGE.

Start with a diagnostic waxup first, see what you should expect. You are likely looking at a minimum of 10 teeth treated, but you might need more.

The most esthetic option would NOT be any form of Maryland bridge, but a more traditional bridge. There will always be a chance for recession, which can be managed better with a traditional bridge with an ovate pontic. Periodontal grafting to plump up the soft tissues might help.

Don’t worry about affecting the sinus, that space is only in the molar region.
