It is well establised in the laser literature that red ink responds best to 532nm. The Picosure is 755nm. Green responds well to this wavelength. Hope this info helps.

It is common knowledge in the dermatological community that the 1064nm Nd:YAG is the safest laser for darker skin types. The Picosure is a 755nm Alexandrite laser and should be reserved for lighter skin types.

The 755nm PicoSure may work but it is common knowledge black ink responds best to an Nd:YAG (1064nm).

Black ink responds best to an Nd:YAG (1064nm) and the red/orange will require a 532nm. Green responds well to an Alexandrite (including the PicoSure at 755nm). Blue responds best to a Ruby laser (694nm). Anyone who tells you differently is incorrect and doesn’t understand basic laser principals or is just trying to get you to use their laser. Good luck!

For the black ink you may want to switch to an Nd:YAG (1064nm) and the red/orange will require a 532nm. The PicoSure uses an Alexandrite 755nm. Godd luck!
