Breast width is very important in chosing an implant. However, there are many other factors including skin stretch and quality and other measurements. We typically rarely promise a cup size since cup size because that they are not a measurement we can standardize.

Tubular breasts are not something you develop after breast feeding or age. I do not think you have tubular breasts, but you should get a full examination and in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Most likely, a lift /mastopexy +/- augmentation would help you achieve your cosmetic goals.

The final result definitely is a combination of what the surgeon does and the preoperative appearance of the patient. Typically after a woman has children, the abdomen seems more "square-shaped" due to stretching of her rectus muscles. When the plastic surgeon repairs the muscle and performs an "internal corset" it is called a diastasis repair and makes the abdomen look more hourglass. This is something you should definitely discuss with the plastic surgeon you end up choosing.

Typically, a tummy tuck includes liposuction. In my practice, a "tummy tuck" includes repairing the diastasis (muscle), liposuction and removing the skin. When a procedure is done to remove only the skin, it is typically called a panniculectomy. Liposuction alone will not address the issues of extra skin that needs to be removed. When shopping for a plastic surgeon, look at credentials as well as before and after photos that actually are similar to your current appearance and your goals....

Congrats on your weight loss!!! If you have had children, liposuction with a tummy tuck would give you a great result. Liposuction alone will not address any muscle diastasis (stretching/widening of the rectus muscles after weight gain or pregnancy) and will not address any extra skin that needs to be removed. In my practice, I let patients try on sample implant to see what kind of implants looks best with their shape and size. I rarely go by cup size. A lift would depend on measurements done in the office.

Liposuction alone would not give you adequate symmetry. Please remember that liposuction is still surgery! To achieve symmetry, and depending on your goals, a mastopexy or reduction would help achieve symmetry. To achieve fullness, an implant or fat grafting can be an additional part of the surgery. That's a tough question. Its very important to research you plastic surgeons. Look at board certifications, before and after pictures, and go with who you feel the most comfortable with.
