There is no Botox reversal agent.  Your side-effects are highly unusual.  If due to Botox, the side-effects typically resolve in a few weeks to few months.

I would not recommend treatment - you will definitely experience swelling, requires ocular shield placement, risk potential oxidation of current ink color, and will require multiple treatment sessions for significant improvement.  If you are still interested in pursuing treatment, I would recommend a consultation with a board-certified, cosmetic dermatologist experienced in laser surgery.

Melasma is a difficult condition to manage since there is no simple cure.  In addition to your current treatments, you may consider adding laser toning with a picosecond laser.  Since there is less heat generated with this type of laser, it is safer in patients of color.  You will require multiple treatments for desired results.  Consult with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist.
Would Botox be a better solution for crows feet and deep forehead wrinkles?

Botox (or Dysport or Xeomin) should improve both your forehead wrinkles and crow's feet by relaxing the underlying muscles.  Initially, you may require a few visits to see the desired results.  If wrinkles are fairly deep, you may further benefit from filler treatments.  I recommend waiting at least 2 weeks from neurotoxin treatment prior to adding fillers.  Consult with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist.

Sun exposure should not affect bruising.  However, you should always wear sunscreen, seek the shade, and wear a hat when outside to prevent premature aging and decrease risk of skin cancer.

Frosting of the skin occurs as a reaction between the ink and laser and this is temporary.  This will self-resolve in 5-10 minutes.  With subsequent treatments as more ink gets removed, the frosting typically becomes less evident.  Consult with an experienced laser provider.

Botox migration can possibly occur with vigorous massaging of the area immediately after the treatment.  It is highly unlikely that you could cause migration by bending over or other temporary positional changes.  As always, consult with your injector if there are any questions or concerns.

A small amount of Botox (or Dysport or Xeomin) to the nasalis can diminish nasal flaring and slim the overall appearance of the nose.  Strategic placement of filler can also re-shape the nose.  These are certainly non-invasive options to consider before committing to a permanent surgical rhinoplasty.  I would recommend consulting with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist.

Signs of vascular occlusion typically occur immediately after filler placement and not in 2 weeks.  It is also characterized by significant pain.  I would recommend following up with your injector.  Looking at photographs before and after treatment will give you an idea what your baseline skin appearance is.  It is not unusual to start noticing things on your skin that had always been there after aesthetic procedures.

I would wait at least 2 weeks for the full effects of Botox and for the swelling associated with Juvederm to subside before properly re-assessing.  It is not unusual to get additional treatments to get the desired results.  Be patient.  Follow-up with your injector.

Yes, it is definitely possible to have clear skin in your 30's.  The first step is to see a cosmetic dermatologist for a proper skin evaluation.  If you are continuing to have active acne, a course of accutane or spironolactone may be beneficial.  In addition, procedures such as chemical peels and/or laser treatments may further improve the overall skin quality.  Getting on a good skin care regimen will also work wonders for you.  It is never too late to have healthy skin.
