Given the limited provided history , those 2 rashes are unlikely to be from 5 month ago injectables and more possible to be acne vulgaris or pustules , highly recommended to check with your doctor or dermatologist

It might require few rounds of Hyaluronidase depending on how many units and location of injection ! I would recommend to check with your injector for more care/treatment .
