A breast augmentation is probably the most common way to improve symmetry when there is a descrepancy in size.  With that being said, you might want to be formally measured for a bra.   While there can be big variations in the cup size - A, B, C, D, etc. - the band width of the bra - 32, 36, ... - doesn’t change from one size to the other.

Thanks for your question.   Acne scars are incredibly difficult to treat.   RF  microneedling is probably the gold standard; however, it frequently requires 3 - 5 treaments spaced approximately one month apart.   We also nightly recommend topical agents like retinol to help with resurfacing the skin.   I like subcision for small areas like ice pick scars on cheeks.  It tends not to work as well with thicker skin like the forehead.   Let us know if we can help.

Thank you for the question.    Subcision with filler works great in this area.   Fortunately, since this area is not under constant motion like the mouth, filler tends to last a bit longer.   In my experience, the hyaluronic acid fillers work well in this area and overfilling is better than undertreating.   They can also be reversed if you don’t like it.   Your other option is to look into radiofrequency microneedling.   RF microneedling works great on acne scars, too.

Congratulations on the weight loss.   The weight loss journey is a long process.  A panniculectomy only removes excess skin below the umbilicus - belly button.   Almost every patient who has lost a significant amount of weight would benefit from a full tummy tuck.  In general, we recommend that patients are at or near their goal weight for 3-6 months prior to undergoing any skin resection.    We prefer for patients to have a BMI of 30 or less.  Congratulations and keep up the good work.

Thank you for trusting us to answer your question.   Though medical decision making requires a physical examination, the photos suggest that you would benefit from a tummy tuck.  The loose skin will not improve with liposuction, alone.

Judging from the photos, you appear to be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.   Liposuction, alone, would not be of significant cosmetic benefit to you.

The short answer is no.  Even in the case of rectus diastasis, insurance companies consider tummy tucks to be cosmetic procedures and are not covered.

Acne scars are difficult to treat.   Based on the photos, radiofrequency microneedling would be my suggestion to improve the overall texture of your skin.   You also appear to have some volume loss in addition to the acne scars.  Subcision with micro fat grafting would be the most permanent solution to improve the contour of your cheeks.  To treat the redness and skin discoloration, IPL or BBL  laser therapy provide great results and they also help to decrease pore size.  Additi...

Thanks for the question.   If you are attempting to remove some breast tissue because the weight is causing shoulder pain, then your insurance may pay for a breast reduction.   However, if you simply want a breast lift, then that procedure is considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance.
