I like to use Restylane or Restylane Refyne in this area to help with the hollowness. The most important thing to have a great result is good injection technique (injecting in the right plane/depth) and when done properly these products look smooth and in many cases the dark circles resolve. The "injection technique" is learned and perfected by doing countless number of patients and procedures.
Coolsculpt or Emsculpt for waistline?

I think if you want to have an hourglass shape you would need to add some fat around the hips to get that. For that you would need to gain weight ie 15-20 lbs and they would transfer that fat to the desired areas. A lot of people are really uncomfortable about having to gain that weight to achieve this. Otherwise, the Emsculpt with the lateral side adapter may help to lessen the fat around the love handles and flanks. I don’t think Coolscupting would be the right choice.

Based upon your submitted photos, the reason why you are seeing this line is because you are losing volume (fat, collagen) so this is causing a depression/line. The way that you improve this is injecting a dermal filler into that area.

Based upon the photo that you provided, you can benefit from fillers underneath the eyes and in your nasolabial folds (laugh lines - lines that go from the nose to the corners of the mouth). If done by an experienced injector you can smooth the hollowness underneath the eyes and make them look brighter in a subtle and natural way. I would recommend Restylane or Restylane Refyne for this. In looking at your pictures, it does appear that the Rt eyebrow is slightly lower than the left side. You can consider using Botox to raise the Rt eyebrow so it would match better to the left side.
