I took two Aleve a couple of hours after I had CoolSculpting. Will this ruin my results?

Taking a couple of Aleve (or any other non-steroidal pain killer – Motrin, Advil, etc) shouldn’t affect your ultimate CoolSculpting results. Taking them immediately after the procedure may increase the possibility/extent of bruising. But, in reality, bruising is uncommon with CoolSculpting anyway.
I need to lose weight but I’m allergic to all fruits and vegetables. Options?

I agree that it is unlikely you are “allergic” in a strict medical sense to all fruits and vegetables. However, you may be “intolerant” of many of them due to some underlying gastrointestinal issue. I would seek assistance from a functional medicine physician to get an understanding of this intolerance as it may explain your issues with weight as well.
As a weight loss doctor, I limit fruit intake anyway (“dieter’s candy”) because of the carbohydrate content. You can safely eliminate…
