You have hit on a very common question raised by many of my patients. I would recommend two treatments based on the pictures I see. 1) Ultherapy for the lower face. So first of all, you have a beautiful smile 😉
The important thing to keep in mind is that there are limitations to fillers. The crease on the side of the nose (nasolabial fold) can be softened by fillers such as Juvederm and Belotero, however, you will not likely be able to fully make them disappear…specially when you smile.
I would recommend Juvederm Ultra Xc for you, as the folds will be able to handle the more dense filler.
