CoolSculpting is an excellent treatment for stubborn belly fat. There is no difference in its effectiveness among different ethnicities. Depending on how much reduction in size a patient desires, certain areas may need to be treated with multiple cycles. CoolScupting is safe, effective, and has very high patient satisfaction. I am so sorry you had this complication. From the photos it looks like you have second degree burns following your BBL. Darker complexion patients can be treated safely with BBL but it requires in depth knowledge of correct settings and adaptors. At this point I would suggest you see a physician as soon as possible to get started on a burn protocol. This is important in order to prevent adverse pigmentation after the burn heals. This is a great question. There is no formal guideline for Vivace maintenance treatment mainly because it depends on what you’re trying to achieve (or maintain). In my practice, after a series of 3 Vivaces one month apart, I recommend the 4th treatment 3 months later. For maintenance, I recommend one treatment every 4-6 months. Also consider adding PRP to your treatment for additional benefits. I’m so glad you love Vivace, we love it too!!
