Thanks for your question.  A single photo is not enough to advise you on which surgery is best for you.   In general excess fat can be removed with liposuction alone.   A tummy tuck removes skin fat and can help address separation of abdominal muscles.  Please see a board certified plastic surgeon to develop a surgical plan that fits your goals.

I encourage you to have a detailed conversation with your Plastic surgeon regarding his plan and reasons for operating in the immediate postop period.  You should sign an informed consent prior to any procedure. If you have questions or do not understand the reasons for the suggested treatment options seek a second opinion.
I am 5 days post op (2nd time) after an exposed implant w/o infection. Is this wound healing normally?

It appears that the skin is stable and that the skin is loosely approximated.   To optimize healing you should continue close follow up with your plastic surgeon via in person examinations.   Follow all post-op care instructions. 
Will surgery to fix leaking implant hurt as much as first surgery and will recovery be quicker?

Thank you for your question and I am sorry you are going through this.   As long as your surgery is as you describe it (an implant exchange alone) you won’t have the same degree of discomfort as your first surgery as the dissection has already been completed.  Plan on having mostly incisional pain and general soreness. Please discuss details with your surgeon who knows the specifics of your case prior to surgery.   Best of Luck.

Thanks for your question.    In order to obtain a more full and lifted breast you would be better suited with an implant exchange with a mastopexy.  In addition, your surgeon will likely have to adjust the capsule surrounding your current implant or change the pocket completely.   Depending on your tissue integrity an internal support such as a galaex mesh or ADM may be required.  While you could potentially increase your breast size this will increase the chance of post-op compli...

It is common to urinate frequently after Surgical procedures as your body eliminates the fluid that was given to you during surgery.  That being said you should contact your Plastic surgeon in regards to any blood or rust colored urine as they will likely want you to follow up with them or your OBGYN/Urologist.

Volbella can create palpable firm swelling if it is placed in the superficial tissue of the lower lid.    I would consult with an expert injector who can help dissolve the product over a few sessions to reduce this swelling.   Once corrected you can decide if you want to proceed with further injections in this area.  Make sure your injector is highly trained and uses a cannula in this area to reduce other serious potential complications.

It appears that you have some delayed wound healing that is progressing in the right direction.   Work with your surgeon directly for close follow up and specific wound care instructions.

Deflating  saline implants prior to surgery can assist greatly in the planning and ultimate outcome of implant replacement surgery.   It allows for the determination of current size if unknown.   In addition, the soft tissue envelope can be better evaluated to determine if and what kind of mastopexy (breast lift) is required.   Make sure your surgeon is Board Certified and that you feel comfortable with the plan leading into your surgery.
