Based on your photographs you should be able to achieve a good result with one syringe of the Voluma on each side in the anterior cheek to reduce your nasolabial folds. My preference in the nasojugal groove or tear trough is to inject Belotero using a microcannula.

You have a considerable excess of skin in your lower eyelids. I doubt that you can achieve a good result unless you have lower eyelid surgery combined postoperative with micro needling and platelet rich plasma. Injections and minimally invasive therapies may be adjuncts to the surgery, however, those methods alone will leave much to desire. 
Will a Botox neck lift affect my singing voice or swallowing ability?
Botox in the neck will not affect your voice or ability to swallow

The use of Botox in the neck is somewhat limited insofar as “lifting” is concerned. Nevertheless it is injected into the very superficial muscle of the neck, the platysma, and should not adversely affect your voice or your ability to swallow.

The darkness under your eyes may be caused by the contour. If you are hollow in this area, fillers may be beneficial. My preference in this area is Beletero. On the other hand your darkness my be caused by a pigment deposit which is genetic in which case fillers will be of no benefit.

You are an excellent candidate for a small surgery called a cervical z-plasty. It does leave a barely noticeable scar under your chin which is very difficult to see when it has fully healed. The other surgical option would be for you to have your neck lifted in which case there are scars around your earlobes and behind your ears. Unfortunately with the amount of excess skin that you have, there are no effective non-surgical or minimally invasive techniques that will solve your problem.
