Thank you for posting. Based on your photos only – you are a good candidate for a labiaplasty minora with clitoral hood reduction. These procedures can easily be combined and performed under local anesthesia with a total recovery of about 6 weeks.

Thank you for your post. Labia puffing is a procedure performed to increase the volume of the labia majora. The most common way to approach labia puffing is either through dermal filler injections or fat transfer. This procedure can absolutely be done in conjunction with a labiaplasty procedure. I typically perform these under local anesthesia.

Aside from cosmetic issues, there may be some functional issues as well after 3 pregnancies and this should be explored and taken into consideration as well when choosing the best approach. Thank you for posting. The photo does show what appears like a deflated labia majora. However, the angle of the photo makes it hard to appreciate the entire vulvo vaginal appearance. An in person examination or re posting better photo angles would be my recommendation for a more detailed recommendation and treatment approach.

Thank you for posting. If you are looking for a very minimal amount of protruding labia and hood then you do indeed need a clitoral hood reduction at the time of your procedure. By combining both procedures you should be able to achieve your desired outcome. Best of luck.
