I would try injections with a little bit of kenalog and five-FU, followed by a v-beam laser. After those treatments, if you still haven't seen the improvement that you are looking for, you could also try a resurfacing laser. While it would be possible to lift the lips and make them slightly more symmetrical using filler, it will not make them completely symmetrical. Too much filler would be detrimental. I recommend starting with a small amount to lift the right side, and remember, nobody has a perfectly symmetrical face! You should see a board-certified dermatologist.

Hi there! It’s not unusual to have bruising for a few weeks after Ultherapy. The bruises are deep so that is why it may be taking longer than you expected. If your dermatologist has a laser that targets red.. best is the V-Beam but IPL’s can work too. If they laser the area for you, it will resolve much more quickly. They should be happy to do this for you. Hope this helps.

I would recommend discussing a prescription retinoid like retin A or Epiduo (there are too many to list) along with a longer course of oral antibiotic like doxycycline or minocycline. Oral contraceptives and spironolactone can be used longer term but may be slower to work. None of this should be used if trying to get pregnant.

Hi there! Thanks for your question. I think you look good! Remember that having a little bit of a nasolabial fold is natural and you don’t want to obliterate them completely. Also, the nasolabial “lines” are really more folds from your cheek. What you want to do is a syringe of a lifting filler like Voluma to lift your cheeks slightly and this will subtly improve your folds I think is all you need. Hope that helps.
