You can definitely use the same syringe for multiple areas of the face. As the above answerer mentioned, each filler is unique and some are specifically designed for lips and others for cheeks, but as long as your injector chooses a product appropriate for both areas you can use the same syringe for both. You also have the option of using half a syringe during your initial visit and saving the other half for when the filler inevitably wears off!

There are several options for non surgical tightening of the lower face. I would personally recommend a series of treatments with the Titan laser, which was designed specifically for the treatment of loose or sagging skin. There are many options available for scar treatment. Yours looks like a simple case and my first recommendation would be laser genesis. We use this treatment in our office for our surgical patients to remove any scars they have post procedure, and I have had great success with older scars as well. Its a painless laser without any downtime but will take several sessions. You could also look into microneedling for an increase in collagen production to help smooth out the scar.

It is not known if Kybella passes into the breast milk, for this reason it is recommended that you wait until you are done breast feeding to avoid any potential transfer to your child.

If you are not satisfied with your results, you should absolutely tell your surgeon. As long as you didn't go into the procedure with unrealistic expectations, you should be satisfied with your results. There may be something your provider can do beyond the surgery to enhance those results, or at the very least you can both compare your before and after photos and have an honest conversation of where to go from here. Based on your photos I would think there are several non-invasive options...

There are several options when it comes to addressing large pores and acne scars. I would recommend a series of microneedling with RF treatments, with laser genesis treatments between sessions to help promote maximum collagen production. Another option to look at would be a TCA cross which can also be incorporated into a larger treatment plan. I've seen great success with these procedures on your skin type.

Based on your photograph I would say you are a great candidate for dermal filler. One of my favorite for non-surgical chin augmentations is Voluma, which we price at $700 per syringe in my practice. I've had great success in enhancing profiles similar to yours with that product.
