The good news is you are only one month out from surgery. Scar take nearly one year to mature completely. You are doing all of the right things using a silicone tape at night and a silicone gel during the day. Radiesse is a thicker filler that requires placement in deeper areas. Because of this it is not the ideal filler for the tear trough (under yee area). Given that it has only been one day post injection it is possible that what you are seeing is swelling, bruising, or even a hematoma. Try to alternate warm and cool compresses. See the doctor that injected you for further evaluation and you may have to give it a couple of weeks to see what direction this is headed.

While it is hard to know for certain without examining you, it sounds as though you developed a small hematoma. THese form when a blood vessel is nicked and a small amount of blood pools in an area beneath the skin forming a firm lump. Warm compresses will help it go away faster. You may also want to take a supplement containing arnica or bromelin.
