The lumps that you are pointing out in the photo seem quite small and superficial. I would recoomend returning to the doctor and inquiring about options to remove the lumps. They can sometimes be expressed by pricking them with a needle and pressing the gel out. Alternatively, It is also possible to use just a tiny amount of Hylanex to dissolve them. It is not too soon to repeat Botox if you have movement already. You should have a complete work up with a Dermatologist to assess why you have developed the hemi-facial atrophy. This is a great question, but without photos or an in person consultation, it is very difficult to direct you specifically on how many vials and sessions you would need with sculptra vs the vampire. I do love both of these treatments. Sculptra is better at revolumizing the temples and cheeks and the vampire is really great at the under eye area as well as rejuvenating the skin quality where it is injected. I hope this is helpful!

Sculptra can be a great treatment for augmenting the butt. It can look very natural and smooth out some of the irregularities that you have. It may also be your best option as you do not look like a fat transfer candidate.
