Start conservative. Filler can easily be reversed but usually provides an excellent cosmetic outcome. Botox will help with lateral (crows feet) wrinkles.

Your nasal upper two thirds require very minor refinement as the bones and septum appear straight and you have a very slight dorsal hump, this could easily be performed via intra nasal incisions only. The lower 1/3 (tip) is what I think you would like to change the most. I also recommend a skin only, conservative upper blepharoplasty. You have great brow position. However, your medial canthus resembles an epicanthal fold seen in Asian patients. You will always have a scar, but the depressed and widened appearance can be minimized with scar revision so that it heals flat, thin, and white. Sun exposure avoidance is highly recommended following the procedure to minimize the chance of scar pigmentation.

This could be simple milia formation or a stitch abscess, an in person examination is the best way to diagnose and treat. Any significant stress (physical and/or psychological) on the body can cause telogen effluvium in susceptible individuals. The only FDA approved hair loss medication, for use in women of child bearing age, is Rogaine (Minoxidil). I recommend using the OTC 5% version. It will take several months of use to see a significant improvement.
